Castleross Construction is seeking experienced Excavator Operator for an ongoing project in the Perth Metro region. This is a short-term role which involves working as part of a skilled team delivering high-quality concrete and structural works in a fast-paced site environment. About Us Castleross Construction is a civil contractor specialising in complex infrastructure, precast, and in-situ concrete works. We partner with major contractors and asset owners to deliver technically challenging projects across transport, marine, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. Our reputation has been built on strong delivery capability, practical problem solving, and a hands-on approach both in the office and on site. What's on offer: 1–2 months' work $60–$65 per hour (flat rate) Immediate start available Potential for ongoing work on future projects for the right candidate Requirements: 3 years' experience operating excavators on civil projects Current Excavator Ticket HR Driver's Licence (essential) White Card Own reliable transport Roller Ticket (highly regarded) Willingness to assist with labouring duties when required About the Role: Trenching, bulk earthworks, detailed excavation, and site preparation Operate additional plant and equipment such as roller where licensed and required Assist with groundworks and general civil labouring duties when required Working alongside ground crews and supervisors to meet project deadlines Conducting daily pre-starts and maintaining equipment Following all site safety procedures and project requirements To Apply, please submit your application below.
